Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive sales.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Draft and send bi-weekly newsletters to the subscriber list.
  • Manage and update all digital marketing platforms, including social media accounts and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
  • Continuously optimize product pages, blog posts, and other website content for search engines.
  • Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics using analytics tools.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback on the website.
  • Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all customer data is updated and accurate.
  • Use CRM insights to create targeted marketing campaigns and improve customer retention.
  • Segment email lists for targeted campaigns and track performance.
  • Send weekly WhatsApp newsletters highlighting new arrivals, promotions, and events.
  • Plan and schedule content for the website and digital platforms weekly.
  • Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of digital ad campaigns.
  • Monitor ad performance, optimize budgets, and adjust creatives to improve ROI.
  • Review and update strategies based on performance insights.
  • Develop monthly performance reports to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Ability to create Newsletter is a MUST
  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
  • Proficiency in SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and content management.
