Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Manager to lead our academic team at EDUREX. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the educational content and ensuring its alignment with our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Curriculum Development:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop and enhance educational content.
  • Ensure that curriculum materials are engaging, effective, and aligned with educational standards.

2.     Academic Program Management:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements as needed.
  • Manage a team of educators, trainers, and content developers.

3.     Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to assess and improve the quality of educational materials and delivery.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the highest level of educational excellence.

4.     Coordination of Academic Activities:

  • Coordinate and schedule academic events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration among academic teams and departments.
  • Facilitate the exchange of best practices and knowledge sharing among educators.

5.     Teacher Training and Development:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for educators to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to academic staff.

6.     Educational Technology:

  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in educational technology.

 Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development and educational program management.
  • Strong understanding of educational best practices and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools.
