We are seeking to hire an ideal candidate for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role for our client. This individual must provide sound digital and technical leadership in all aspects of our client’s business in Nigeria, Kenya and other upcoming markets. The CTO is expected to be well versed in current technological trends like AI, ML and familiar with a variety of business concepts, show strategic thinking and strong business acumen.

• Create and manage KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
• Develop technical aspects of the [group’s] company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
• Oversee and drive all IT-related projects within the business
• Quality System Management – Responsible for the full implementation of the requirements of
Quality Management System within the IT department; ensure that all team members are equally
up to date on all the requirements as may be appropriate for their functions.
Requirements and skills
• 10-15 years of experience out of which minimum 3 years should be in a similar role.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience with Microsoft M365 & Azure platform.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV & Business Central ERP systems.
• Proven track record on working with data management system, BI systems, Data lakes/warehouse and OLAP.
