Main Responsibilities
· To onboard customers and provide support when the need arises.
· Support agents and respond to customers inquiries.
· Provide support to customers
· Collate feedbacks from customers
· Follow up on customer interactions
· Ensure customer satisfaction
· Receive incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers
Who we are looking for:
· Candidate must possess a minimum of OND in any discipline
· A minimum of 7months experience
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to work with minimum supervision
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Ability to demonstrate a professional and objective perspective at all times
Living around Lekki would be an added advantage.
