Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of customer engagement. The role will involve overseeing a team of customer service representatives, analyzing customer feedback, and developing strategies to improve customer service.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Management and Customer Support skills
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer service
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

Experience working in the payment industry or with financial technology is preferred.
