Summary of Responsibilities

· Develop and implement strategic digital content creation and marketing plans to enhance the brand.

· Create engaging still and motion graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.

· Design captivating layouts for product illustrations, company events, social media posts, and website content.

· Manage and maintain the brand presence across social media platforms and websites, ensuring timely and relevant content updates.

· Collaborate with internal teams to align digital content strategies with business objectives and marketing campaigns

Qualification/Requirement

• A Minimum of 5 years of corporate industry experience, preferably within the Human Resource Consultancy industry.
• Extensive experience and proficiency in still and motion graphics design, web design, and social media management.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to develop innovative digital concepts and graphics.
• Excellent knowledge of digital content creation and marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Knowledge of Energy, Power, Infrastructure, Mining, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Banking, Real Estate, FMCG, Fintech, Telecoms, and Information Management industries is desirable
