Job Summary:
Coollink.ng is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive with a strong desire to advance to an HR Manager role. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and a passion for implementing effective HR strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous feedback.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Support career development plans and succession planning initiatives.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage HR documentation, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, with a track record of progression and increasing responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Nigeria.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite & MS Teams
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM).
- Experience in the technology or telecommunications sector.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the potential to grow into an HR Manager role.
