Location: Lagos

Job Summary:

Coollink.ng is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive with a strong desire to advance to an HR Manager role. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and a passion for implementing effective HR strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous feedback.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees and managers.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Support career development plans and succession planning initiatives.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage HR documentation, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, with a track record of progression and increasing responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Nigeria.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite & MS Teams
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM).
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the potential to grow into an HR Manager role.
