JOB DESCRIPTION
● Providing pharmaceutical care and excellent customer service to online and offline
customers.
● Apply pharmaceutical knowledge in recommending medications accurately to patients
online and offline.
● Dispensing and properly labeling medications for use in online and offline orders
● Dispensing of controlled medications and poisons using the proper Pharmacy guidelines
and rules.
● Labeling and packaging of orders to be dispatched to customers
● Reviewing doctor’s prescriptions for drug interactions, appropriateness, and legality.
● Maintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products,
and monitor their condition to prevent expiration or deterioration.
● Counseling of patients/customers on drug use and lifestyle modifications.
● Provide assistance with other medical services such as; laboratory tests, doctor's
appointments and emergency response, etc.
● Keep records of patient history and enter records properly into the systems.
● Inventory management- Stock count, expiry date checks
● Keep abreast of advancements in medicine by attending conferences and seminars, and
collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
● Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.
● Display empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues
on your team.
● Motivate, inspire and develop your fellow colleagues' strengths, and address development
opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
● B.Pharm Degree from a reputable higher institution
● Minimum of 2 years work experience as a licensed pharmacist in the capacity of a pharmacist
Must be proactive, innovative and creative
● Must be able to work independently and with a team
● Must possess excellent communications and reporting skills
● Must reside on the Island, in Lagos
● Preference will be given to those available to resume immediately
