In today’s episode, A Twitter user drags Chichi. The long-awaited twist finally happened in the Big Brother Naija house yesterday when Deji and Groovy switched houses. The reactions of other housemates were unprecedented. This plot twist triggered many emotional moments from housemates and viewers. I can’t wait to share.

  • First, the level 1 housemates had to say hearty and tearful goodbyes to Deji. Chomzy and Dotun particularly didn’t take the whole situation lightly. We saw them consoling each other in their short term grief. Based on logistics, only Deji was supposed to move, however, Biggie came with one of his spicy moves and dropped a shocker for the viewers when he announced that Groovy should move to the level 1 house, to take Deji’s place. This seemed to have a causal effect on Phyna who lost her cool and uncontrollably burst into tears. The best part was, she stopped trending as a “mumu” for love since then.

Meanwhile, Groovy, who knew he would be onto new ladies, adjusted his crown as the most flirtatious and accepted the challenge. His last words were, “Just remember, you came here for a reason. You and I, this is not over.” Phyna must have been wondering why all her men had to be far away in the same house. She wept! During the big announcement, Chichi and Chomzy were caught smiling, perhaps it’s about to be a party for them. I think Groovy deserves an award for the most “passed around” housemate, many others did not agree less. His statement about being a typical Igbo man triggered a viewer’s response: “But you’ve been moving like a Yoruba demon.” You should be familiar with what this reference entails.

Earlier, there was a debate task between the two levels. Viewers thought most of the tasks were designed to showcase the creative credentials of the housemates. The level 1 housemates didn’t really do well in respect to individuality, their power is in their numbers. On the other hand, the level 2 housemates showed great strength in their persons. For obvious reasons, level 2 housemates had a better performance in the debate. Their poise and eloquence were remarkable.

Adekunle seemed to be getting into more altercations with other housemates, and it was becoming alarming. Was he giving us a character reveal or he was just tired of keeping calm? His fight with Chichi over Deji’s movement was Groovy’s welcome show in the level 1 house. Guess what, the heated argument was because Adekunle said her ship with Deji would sink. In her words: “I’m not a talker doesn’t mean I don’t know what I am doing. Are you angry about beautiful things? Do you hate to love?” She’s probably not a talker because she barely has well-formed expressions. A Twitter user commented that she’s “all ass and no intellect,” the harsh truth.

Finally, Daniella attested to the fact that there was no coitus between her and Khalid. She insisted that they were not in any condom-worthy situation when she was confronted about the missing condoms. I think the house should be scared as there’s nobody admitting to using condoms. Did the ninjas hide them? I hope you had fun viewing the show this week. The evictions tomorrow will be hot. Stay tuned.
