What plus-sized women can learn from Real Warri Pikin trimming her body

Although the instances that led the comedian to apply for gastric sleeve surgery have now disappeared, there are lifestyle changes she must subscribe to that mean she can no longer rush a meal.

When her bulgy waist and obesity wouldn’t let up, the comedian Anita Asuoha who is also known as Real Warri Pikin, thought a gastric sleeve surgery might be what was needed to relieve her burden. Ever since she gave slim fitting a go, there has been a lot of benefits.

A loss weight journey hadn’t been so smooth for the 34-year-old ever since she started having kids as she kept having relapses. Before the surgery handed in the desired solution, she had initially suffered from knee and chest pain, while simultaneously facing problems breathing.

Ultimately, Real Warri Pikin found that she had gathered a first-hand witness’s take on what usually follows after a successful sleeve gastrectomy like the one she has had. And that was what she shared jumping on a social media trend tagged Of Course Challenge.

With this, participants get to tell anyone who cares to listen about their perspective confronting a scenario and hers was the life-changing body surgery. On her Instagram, the comedian opted to use the challenge to share moments mirroring the aftermath of the procedure and settling into a new body.

I had gastric sleeve and of course, I don’t have sleep apnea anymore; I don’t have breathlessness anymore; I don’t have knee pain anymore; I don’t feel sick regularly like before, says Real Warri Pikin in a video post.

Since she no longer has to struggle with these issues, it has permitted the Merry Men 2 actress time away from the hospital, unlike the pre-surgery phase when she had regular doctor’s consultations.

Although all the instances that led her to apply for surgery have now disappeared, including dizziness, Real Warri Pikin had to subscribe to lifestyle changes while maintaining her rebirth. That means she can no longer rush a meal like she probably used to do as this could lead to vomiting and using the toilet might also take longer.

Wrapping up the Of Course Challenge led the comedian to remember other hiccups she had to confront, such as dealing with nosy requests from social media followers who wanted to be linked with the fix that helped perform the surgery on her.

But she advised that if any of the followers must attempt a trim like hers, their motive ought to be strictly tied to catering to one’s health instead of a quest for beauty.
