Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, employee development, and performance management, and will serve as the company’s point of contact for all HR matters. This role is located in Abuja.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, employee development, benefits administration, and performance management
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Expertise in HR operations and related software systems
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English, oral and written
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, is a plus.
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred.
