Job Summary:

The role involves managing sales accounts in the BFSI, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas sectors in Nigeria. The incumbent is tasked with achieving quarterly sales targets, overseeing sales activities from opportunity creation to deal closure, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with both Commercial and Enterprise Business Unit teams is essential to leverage existing customer relationships, create new customer connections, and expand OEM networks on a quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Achieving agreed sales targets.

·        Cultivating and managing long-term business relationships at the C-level in all accounts.

·        Directly managing accounts, fostering growth, and delivering assigned business.

·        Identifying new sales opportunities and supporting the sales team in meeting targets.

·        Supervising Internal Sales Executives for enhanced productivity and exceeding sales targets.

·        Participating in OEM and client events.

·        Writing OEM Sales Certifications as needed.

·        Generating reports on all accounts and transactions.

·        Ensuring accurate order details and adherence to customer specifications.

·        Maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and providing financial information to the finance department.

·        Training sales staff and ensuring quota and goal achievement.

·        Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements:

·        Strong OEM network.

·        Graduate in Marketing or related field.

·        Minimum 6 years of sales experience in the Technology Space, particularly in the FSI sector.

·        Well-connected within OEMs (Cisco, HPE, DellEMC, etc.).

·        Proficient in using CRM Software.
