This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Sabre Works Real Estate Investment Ltd in Lagos. The Accountant will manage all financial matters and ensure accurate financial records and reports. The Accountant will also provide support in budgeting, auditing, tax preparation, and compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, financial reporting, and tax regulations
- Experience in budget preparation, financial analysis, and auditing
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or others
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus
