
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Managing Director for our client, a top player in Real Estate development and facilities management. The Managing Director (MD) will provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the company’s real estate and facilities management portfolios. The MD will oversee all aspects of business development, project management, financial performance, and client relationships, ensuring the Organization meets its objectives and strengthens its market presence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth in real estate development and facilities management, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in real estate development, property investment, and facilities management. Build partnerships to expand the company’s portfolio and market reach.
- Operations Oversight: Manage all aspects of real estate development projects, from land acquisition to project completion, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency. Oversee facilities management services to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the company’s financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment management, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and regulatory bodies. Lead contract negotiations and manage high-level partnerships.
- Risk and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards in both real estate development and facilities management. Manage risks effectively, safeguarding the company’s assets and reputation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the management team and staff, fostering a performance-driven culture. Ensure continuous talent development and team alignment with company goals.
Academic Qualification/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
· Professional certifications such as RICS or PMP are advantageous.
· Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in real estate development and/or facilities management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
· Proven track record of managing large-scale property development projects and facilities management services.

- Leadership: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with experience managing diverse teams and delivering successful projects.
- Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and investment strategy.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate development, facilities management, and the regulatory environment.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Renumeration: N1,500,000 – N2,000,000 per month (negotiable)
