Role Description

The Administrative Manager will be responsible for implementing procedures and policies to enhance organizational productivity. Overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative staff, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and events, handling office budget and expenses, and ensuring office efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

  • 7 years and above experience in office management, staff supervision, and facility management
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • High drive, Initiative and Motivation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven leadership and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or related field
