Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Consultant located in Lagos, with some work-from-home flexibility. The IT Consultant will be responsible for providing IT consulting services, conducting technical support, and assisting clients with their information technology needs. Daily tasks include analyzing and solving IT problems, developing technology solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT Consulting and Consulting
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Skills in Information Technology and Technical Support
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
- Experience with SAP services is highly desirable
