Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Feedxpay. The role is located in Lagos, with some work from home acceptable. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to achieve company goals. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, sales strategy development, contract negotiation, and managing client communications. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align business development activities with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and sales strategy development
- Strong skills in client relationship management and contract negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic planning and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record in business development or sales roles
