Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Brand Designer at Transalliance Group located in Lagos, with some work from home flexibility. The Brand Designer is responsible for creating impactful visual designs that reflect Transalliance Group’s brand identity.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms in line with the brand guidelines.
• Design compelling graphics, social media content, website visuals, and print materials that align with the brand’s messaging.
• Work with marketing and digital teams to create visually impactful campaigns and content.
• Enhance digital presence by creating intuitive and aesthetically appealing web and app interfaces.
• Develop engaging pitch decks, reports, and business documents in line with brand guidelines.
• Organize and manage all design assets, templates, and brand guidelines for accessibility and consistency.
• Collaborate with the brand and comms team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with the brand’s overall strategy.
• Stay up to date with design trends to ensure the brand remains modern and relevant.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field.
· Professional certifications in UI/UX Design or branding are an added advantage
· Minimum of four (4) years of experience in graphic or brand design.
· Experience working in a corporate setting, preferably within Nigeria’s design or branding industry.
· Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design expertise
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
· Knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. – Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and brand storytelling.
· Ability to translate marketing concepts into compelling visual executions.
