Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lekki. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with driving business growth and expanding our client base. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, developing and implementing strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Knowledge of the real estate and construction industry
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Additional certifications or qualifications in business development or sales is a plus
