Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and evaluate potential business partners, collaborators, and strategic alliances.
  • Initiate and negotiate AND CLOSE OUT on partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing partners, seeking opportunities for collaboration and expansion.

Market Expansion:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor products and services to meet market demands.

Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and revenue generation strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.

Brand Representation:

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Establish a strong presence in the market through effective communication and brand representation.
  • Promote the company’s value proposition to potential partners and clients.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, presenting proposals and updates on business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, with a focus on securing partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
