About the job

DUTIES:

  • Experience STRICTLY IN REAL ESTATE
  • Actively prospect new clients and extend company’s market base
  • successfully sell company’s properties and close deals
  • mange existing client and increase retention and referrals
  • research company’s competitors and provide insights for effective growth decisions
  • follow up prospects and effectively pitch company’s properties via calls and emails and physical visits
  • actively organize and participate in outdoor campaign, seminar and other marketing-related activities
  • effectively interface with clients and prospects on behalf of the company as may be required by the job
  • manage a list of prospects and clients using CRMs and other ERPs
  • provide various information and notices to clients, agents and prospects as requested
  • manage inspections and carry out site walkthroughs with prospects and clients
  • promptly attend to and resolve enquiries via the helpdesk or any other app in use in the company
  • manage various channels of communication assigned with the intent to promote sales
  • participate actively in sales and communication strategy session as required
  • maintain database through entering and verifying data
  • diligently meet and surpass sales target

REQUIREMENT:

  • Experience STRICTLY IN REAL ESTATE
  • Year of experience: 5years +
  • Background: Previous experience in business development in real estate or finance sector
  • preferred location: must reside in Ajah and it environ
