Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer at Nikky Taurus Nigeria Limited in Lagos. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, utilizing analytical skills, managing finance aspects, communicating effectively with clients, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

  • Winning new Clients and Customers to the organization for both long term and short contract.
  • Creating and growing sales pipeline. Increase company revenues by increasing company clientele, developing new earning streams.
  • Designing and coordinating the effective implementation of approved business plans and operational programs and ensuring the deployment of such business plans in a manner guaranteed to increase company revenues.
  • Identifying and taking full advantage of available/emerging business opportunities in the economy in order to achieve (and exceed) agreed performance target.
  • Creating, managing and maintaining relationship with existing and potential clients, developing strategic solutions and plans that best fit the organization client’s needs.
  • Growing existing clientele, ensuring the organization is able to generate maximum revenue possible from each client.
  • Proving effective leadership to the Business Development/ Sales team. Ensuring all factors required for an efficient sales team and processes are available at all times.
  • Creating brand identity through research and applying experience to uncover in-depth knowledge of the organization process, competitive threats and opportune within the industry
  • Providing advice to Management on trends, competition, environment changes, market Perception and also proffering marketing and advertising strategies to increase public awareness.
  • Be a catalyst for increased Market share outside of Lagos by utilizing.

Requirements and skills

 BSc/ HND degree in a Social Science, Marketing, or Technical discipline;

 Any relevant professional membership or qualification preferably in a management or Leasing-relating discipline.

 Experience in Social Media Marketing.

 Minimum of 5 years post-graduation, 3 of which should have been spent in Business Development.

Salary: N200,000.00 Net pay monthly + Commission.
