Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager at Dixtro in Lagos. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing budgets and inventory, developing strategies for business growth, team building and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders. He/She shall also be the Team Leader, and maintain a safe workplace.
Qualifications:
· Certificate in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
· Proven experience in the distribution or logistics capacity.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Financial acumen and understanding of business operations.
· Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
· Experience with logistics and supply chain software.
· Business Development, Budget Management, and Strategic Planning skills
· Client Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement
· Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
