Business Manager at PeoplePlus Consulting Limited

Location: Lagos

Business Development

· Conduct presentations of the company’s products, services and solutions targeting different market segments

· Promote the product and services through various marketing channels

· Work closely with the Customer Service/billing team on price quotations, tenders, frameworks, pricing, orders, samples and customer-based matters

· Work with clinical staff to develop products and services for different client profiles

· Identify opportunities for strategic growth and implement them

· Liaise and work closely with associates and potential partners from various countries

· Monitor competitor activity and competitors’ products.

· Compile periodic market assessment/research, consolidate market competitive information, analyse and propose solutions to ensure products and services remain competitive

 

Strategic Planning

· Develop and execute strategies to improve business efficiency at the Clinic; follows up and monitors these strategies on an ongoing basis using established metrics and reporting

· Develop sales forecast and strategy to meeting them

· Develop marketing strategy and implementation plan

 

Customer Management

· Engage customers periodically on how to better serve them

· Develop customer retention strategies

· Maintain and build strong relationship with existing accounts

· Strategic analysis and mapping of current accounts to further expand influence and market share of current clientele and potential partners

 

Regulatory Compliance

· Ensure clinical practices are aligned with country regulatory requirements

· Conduct research periodically to understand the regulatory requirements for an aesthetic clinic

· Conduct an audit of business and operations procedures from time to time to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Financial Management

· Oversee the accounting and finance staff

· Analyze financial reports, identifies trends and address discrepancies between planned and actual through effective utilization

· Work with accounting team monthly on financial performance and key operating metrics

· Meet periodic, quarterly and annual targets

· Plan and manage the clinic’s budget and approve payroll

People Management

· Set individual goals for department to motivate employees and ensures goals are met

· Provides effective leadership and ongoing mentorship and ensures development of all staff

· Conduct probationary reviews for new hires and annual staff performance reviews

· Manage staff performance through ongoing coaching, action planning, and follow-up

· Provide staff orientation and specific position training, and in-Clinic training programs where required

· Schedule weekly Clinic Team meetings

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the healthcare field.

 Must have at least eight (8) years of relevant experience within aesthetic business or health care.
