Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer at SmartCity Plc m, subsidiaries and affiliated companies in Lagos. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, creating and analyzing financial statements, financial reporting, and utilizing analytical skills to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Strong background in finance and financial planning
- Experience in creating and analyzing financial statements
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders
- Experience in the real estate or infrastructure industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus
