Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating user interviews and other market research
- Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
- Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
- Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general.
- Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.
- Managing tools (for roadmapping, prototyping, etc.) that the product team uses
- Working closely with support and sales to improve the customer experience
- Analysing product performance and redesigning as required.
- Designing, developing and managing activities from product definition & planning to production and release.
- Developing product strategy and roadmap. Managing prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support.
- Working cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure timely and quality release of product/ enhancements.

Qualifications
- Strong experience as a product Manager and in cross-functional collaboration environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a startup environment.
