| The Chief Financial Officer will be integral in formulating and implementing the organization’s financial strategy. This role involves overseeing the accounting and financial reporting function and providing valuable insights and analysis to support strategic decision making. This position is crucial for maintaining financial stability and driving the organisation’s long-term success. |
| Key Responsibility/Technical Experience |
| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability
- Prepare and maintain regular financial planning/forecast report, oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed
- Manage relationship with external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit and tax filing
- Proficiency in management accounting which assist management in taking strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve excellence
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: - Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. (Certification in account is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 5-10 years experience in accounting or Finance with at least 3 years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
