Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operations Officer to oversee our company’s operational processes and to ensure superb customer experience. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will be a key member of our senior management team, leading the coordination and oversight of sales, logistics, warehousing, and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and oversee a cohesive operational strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals.
· Monitor and optimize sales activities and performance across all channels.
· Manage logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring efficient and cost-effective warehousing and distribution.
· Spearhead marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
· Collaborate with other executives to implement new sales modeling techniques to forecast trends and outcomes.
· Ensure all operational activities meet legal, compliance, and internal standards.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a COO role or similar leadership position within the cosmetics or FMCG industries.
· Strong background in running SMEs with a thorough understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics involved.
· Deep knowledge of the cosmetics industry and FMCG sector.
· Experience in sales modeling and data analysis is highly advantageous.
· Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
