• Manage and nurture client relationships to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Understand clients’ business goals, needs, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to retain and expand client accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Job Specifications
• Must have a minimum of 5-8 years client management experience and experience with tenancy management.
• Must have a BSc/ BA degree in Customer Relations or a relevant course.
• Must have relevant professional certifications.
• Should reside in Lagos or environs.
• Must look professional and presentable.
• Must speak eloquently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational softwar
