Role Description
This is a full-time Compliance Officer role located in Ikeja. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audits, creating compliance policies, and training employees on compliance matters.
Qualifications
- Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
- Analytical skills to identify areas of risk and develop solutions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Experience in a similar role or relevant field, such as legal, audit, or risk management
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, such as business, finance, or law
Experience or familiarity with laws and regulations in the location of employment is a plus.
