We are a group of media and entertainment group company based in Lagos-Nigeria.We are seeking to employ an experienced agile and creative guru to head our Content development, acquisition, management and distribution teams.
We expect the Ideal candidates to posses effective communication and excellent creative writing skills. To have at-least descriptive knowledge in video editing and expert in content scheduling and management systems. Swift to follow business lead and explore new opportunities.
An avid Nigerian (english and indigenous) movie/comedy lover, an objective critic, conversant with the Nigeria entertainment industry (movies and comedy), having existing relationships with industry players and celebrity is an added advantage.Roles:
Will be responsible for managing and motivating the content curation and management team, ensure quality control and strict compliance with given standards and policies. Maintain the organization’s online media stakes by developing strategies, publishing good and viral content, analyzing data for growth and performance, collaborate with the creative team to develop creatives and engaging content strategies for viewers satisfaction and business optimization, constantly developing new ideas, Identify talents & keep-up with trends. Will lead the team’s quest to retain client base and onboard new partners and affiliates, to scout & broker content acquisition deals to expand catalogue as well as distribution channels for more visibility and growth.
Will summarily see to the day-to-day sourcing, upload, scheduling, management and sorting of contents on our network/platforms.
