Key Responsibilities:

● Develop high-quality written content for property listings, blog posts, articles, newsletters,

email marketing campaigns, and social media to engage current and potential clients.

● Collaborate with the sales/leasing and listing teams to create and implement a

comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s branding and sales goals.

● Optimize content for search engines using keyword research to improve organic search rankings and online visibility.

● Manage and promote content across various social media platforms, including Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X, to increase audience engagement.

● Work closely with the Digital Marketing/Graphics (DMG) executive to create visually

appealing content that complements written materials and enhances engagement.

● Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing of blog posts,

articles, and social media updates.

● Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote new

listings or company updates.

● Engage with clients through comments and direct messages, maintaining a consistent

brand voice and style across all social media platforms.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field from a reputable

institution.

● Professional certification or training in Digital Marketing and Graphics is an added

advantage.

● Minimum of 4+ years of experience in content creation and digital marketing.

● Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.

Experience Level: Mid-Level

Salary: NGN 200,000 – 250,000 per month.

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Expected Start Date: January 6th, 2024.

Key Information:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lekki Phase 1. Applicants must reside near or within close proximity to this location to be considered for the role.
