Writing & Creative Skills

• Craft compelling headlines, taglines, and brand messaging

• Write persuasive ad copy across multiple formats (digital, print, video, radio)

• Develop brand voice and tone guidelines

• Create campaign concepts and creative briefs

• Write long-form content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers)

• Adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms

Marketing Knowledge

• Understand consumer psychology and behavioral triggers

• Knowledge of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping

• Familiarity with direct response marketing principles

• Understanding of brand positioning and differentiation strategies

• Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques

• Awareness of marketing automation and email marketing best practices

Strategic Thinking

• Analyze target audiences and create buyer personas

• Develop integrated campaign strategies across channels

• Align copy with business objectives and KPIs

• Understand competitive landscape and market positioning

• Create messaging hierarchies and content strategies

Technical & Digital Proficiency

• SEO copywriting and keyword optimization

• Social media content creation and platform-specific writing
