Responsibilities:
- Identifying our target audience to ensure we present our products in a befitting manner
- Conducting market research and drawing up preliminary marketing plans
- Candidates must be performance and results driven to reach objectives and expected results and be able to operate under fast changing pace environment.
- Must be able to interact with customers and stakeholders within retail environment as well as internal environment.
- Must have the ability to anticipate, evaluate and follow the implementation of change.
- Capacity to work and interact within team and with stakeholders from various divisions.
- Candidates needs to be able bodied, enthusiastic, energetic and willing to travel daily
- Must be able to handle pressure and be a team player Monitoring current market trends and customer demands to improve our marketing practices
- Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness and increasing sales and profits.
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing and sales programs.
- Act as the point persons for outside, inside and partner sales teams
- Work closely with marketing teams to create programs.
- Generate leads and drive sales.
- Determine product/service value delivered throughout customer operations and effectively communicate value to customers to promote new applications and sales.
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
Requirements:
- 3-5 years Proven sales and merchandising experience.
- HND/BSC in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- Excellent knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends
- Superb communication skills to coordinate our marketing activities with the copywriting team
- Ability to multi-task & strong selling skills
- Strong relationship building skills
