Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Design Architect at Otito Studio in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work. The Design Architect will be responsible for space planning, design management, construction drawings, and interior design. The role involves creating spaces that resonate with personal experiences, celebrating cultural heritage, and crafting spaces that inspire and endure.
Qualifications
- Space planning and Architectural Design skills
- Design Management skills
- Construction Drawings skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant design software (Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or 3D studio max). Other 3D experiences in 3D visualization are recognized.
- knowledge of FF&E
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- 1-3 years of postgraduate experience
