We are on the hunt for a Digital Manager with a passion for lifestyle brands and websites. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our digital presence, bringing elegance, innovation, and sophistication to our online platforms. If you have a knack for creating immersive online experiences and a keen eye for aesthetics, we want to hear from you. As a Digital Manager, you will curate the digital narrative of our products, ensuring our online presence is as stylish as the products we offer.

JOB DESCRIPTION

ASSET & EXPERIENCE:

  • Project manage, develop, and manage visually stunning and functional online platforms that effectively represent our lifestyle brands.
  • Infuse creativity into every digital interaction, ensuring our online platforms resonate with the brand’s emotion and essence.
  • Collaborate closely with third-parties UX designers, developers and copywriters to refine and optimise the user experience on our platforms.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality content that embodies the unique selling points of our lifestyle brands.

PEOPLE:

  • Foster collaborative relationships with UX designers, ensuring alignment in the creation of intuitive and delightful user journeys.
  • Lead and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals, guiding them to craft compelling digital narratives around our luxury products.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to experiment and pitch bold ideas that align with industry trends and shifts.

COMMUNITY:

  • Leverage social media, influencers, and other digital channels to engage and grow our brand’s community.
  • Regularly gather and act upon customer feedback, ensuring that our online platforms and strategies remain relevant and engaging.
  • Stay engaged with the digital community to keep abreast of emerging technologies, cultural shifts, and digital trends.

GROWTH:

  • Drive growth by devising and executing digital marketing campaigns that highlight the allure of our luxury products.
  • Implement SEO optimisation and SEM strategies to increase brand visibility and traffic to our online platforms.
  • Continuously innovate and adapt to digital trends, ensuring that our online strategies remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth and success by ensuring that every digital touchpoint is optimised, from content to user experience.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Fashion, Hospitality or related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital management within the luxury or lifestyle sectors.
  • Ability to effectively manage GA, Meta, Google Adwords.
  • A portfolio that showcases your digital prowess, including websites, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of lifestyle market trends, consumer behaviour, and the ability to translate these insights into compelling digital strategies.
  • Impeccable taste and a discerning eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Exceptional English command and communication skills, with the ability to convey the allure of our brands through digital channels. Arabic advantageous but not essential.
