
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products and services. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and responding to user interactions.
- Develop social media strategies to increase engagement, follower count, and reach.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging content (blogs, articles, infographics, videos) that aligns with the company’s objectives and resonates with the target audience.
- Promote content through digital platforms, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, building customer segments, and monitoring engagement.
- Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on the performance of digital marketing efforts and present insights to the marketing team.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the data.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and regularly monitor and report on campaign performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience
3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a successful track record of running effective campaigns.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Others Requirements
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager
- Good understanding of on-page and off-page SEO strategies and familiarity with Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
- Ability to think creatively while analyzing data to make informed decisions.
- Experience in managing social media campaigns and content creation across multiple platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
Budget: N200,00 – N300,000
