As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Officer to help us tell our story and connect with our customers, both online and in the real world.
Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels, including social media, email, and our website.
- Content Creation: Plan, create, and manage high-quality, engaging content (e.g., photos, videos, blog posts) that highlights our brand, dishes, and services.
- Social Media Management: Oversee our social media platforms, including community management, content scheduling, and campaign execution.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and optimize future strategies.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns (e.g., social media ads, search engine marketing) to maximize return on investment.
- Event Marketing: Coordinate and manage our presence at food festivals, markets, and other events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Partnerships: Identify and secure strategic partnerships with local businesses, event planners, and influencers to promote our catering services.
- Promotional Materials: Develop and manage the production of high-quality offline marketing materials such as menus, brochures, and flyers.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new offline marketing opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in a marketing role, with a strong portfolio of both digital and offline campaigns.
- Demonstrable knowledge of social media platforms, content creation tools, and digital analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- A strategic and creative mindset, with a passion for food and the catering industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
