Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead our digital marketing efforts to raise massive awareness, spark interest, and drive conversions. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel campaigns, managing our social media presence, and optimizing our content for search visibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand Growth & Campaigns: Lead full-funnel campaigns to increase awareness, drive conversions, and build community.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns, create segmented lists, and track performance. –
• Social Media: Manage our social media presence, plan content calendars, and engage with audiences.
• SEO & Content: Write and optimize content to improve search visibility and implement SEO best practices. –
• Paid Ads & Analytics*: Launch and manage paid ad campaigns, monitor metrics, and provide performance reports.
• Partnerships & Community: Collaborate with influencers, organizations, and partners on co-marketing initiatives.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or growth.
• Results-driven, creative, and fluent in both storytelling and analytics.
• Ability to write, design, launch, analyze, and scale campaigns end-to-end.
• Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Pay: N350,000 – N600,000 monthly
