Senior Project Manager at RightCom

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and supervise projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensure planning and coordination between different collaborators on the project.
  • Work closely with internal teams and customers to define project objectives, clarify specific requirements, and establish deadlines.
  • Manage and allocate the necessary resources (human, technical, material, financial) to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor and report regularly on project progress to stakeholders and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with company standards.
  • Identify and mobilize resources.
  • Draw up and maintain an accurate and up-to-date schedule.
  • Assess and deal with risks
  • Define project specifications in a technical file with process-product consistency
  • Define installation prerequisites (technical, deadline, financial) in specifications that take into account production constraints.
  • Continuously track delivery against forecasts.
  • Liaise between the various stakeholders and ensure that information is communicated.
  • Monitor the quality and profitability of deliverables.
  • Manage conflicts and problems that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in project management, business administration, IT or related field.
  • 3 years + of proven project management experience, ideally in the technology or for a big four.
  • Advanced planning, organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Mastery of project management tools and associated software.
  • Team spirit, leadership and decisiveness.
