Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility entails leading the Accounts and Finance Department. This involves the implementation of best accounting practices and SOPs to maximize resource utilization cost-effectively.

KRA’s

Accounts: Overseeing all accounting aspects, from daily transactions to legal compliance, including management accounting. This includes monthly P&L, BS, creditors and debtors analysis, sales and purchasing accounting, statutory compliance, and managing audits.

Finance: Ensuring effective fund management for daily operations and projects. Tasks involve optimizing working capital, managing cash flow, meeting bank requirements, maintaining financial ratios, budgeting, and reconciling projected vs. actual cash flows.

Product Costing: Striving for efficient production costs, analyzing expenses, setting break-even points, and aligning processes with projected production costs.

MIS: Creating various reports, including cash flow plans, expense budgets, business plan comparisons, production process charts, and pricing analyses.

Leading SAP implementation

Developing and implementing SOPs.

Managing stores and inventory.

Overseeing local supply chain management.

Handling daily commercial activities.

Ensuring ethical and economical resource utilization.

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management information reports.

Qualification: Qualified CA ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company’s financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities

  • Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO

  • Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
