Finance Manger at LD&D Consulting

Location: Lagos

Job Overview:

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial management, treasury, accounting, budgeting, performance analysis, payroll, and financial reporting functions of the company. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial activities while proactively identifying opportunities for financial sustainability and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage company-wide financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Lead the treasury management and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial performance and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Oversee payroll and manage fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Must be ICAN certified; MCP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with 3 years in a financial institution (preferably microfinance).
  • Strong understanding of financial management within microfinance institutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate must be based in or near Lekki and must have experience working in a microfinance institution.
