About the job

The Visa and Immigration Consultant is responsible for helping individuals who are internationally relocating. Their main role is to ensure the client avoids any legal issues that may occur in relation to their relocation by assisting them to obtain visas and other related immigration documentation.

Responsibilities

Advising clients on appropriate documentation for visa purposes, ensuring all documents are accurate and correct.

Filling of forms for clients

The Visa Consultant must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to-face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.

Must oversee all relevant visa document and ensure it is done within processing time

You must keep abreast with all relevant changes in visa requirements for various countries

Ensure proper understanding of immigration rules and Immigration Consultancy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Travel Consultant

Must be fluent in English and French (Will be a bonus)

A Visa Consultant must be motivated, energetic, and able to work as a part of a team.

A Visa Consultant must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered on communication with the client, colleagues, and authorities.

A Visa Consultant must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
