Position Overview:

HRLeverage is currently looking for an experienced and strategic General Manager (Operations) to oversee the daily operations of our client, a leading organization in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, operational management experience, and a passion for driving growth. You will be responsible for aligning teams with company objectives and ensuring optimal resource use and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and oversee daily operations across all departments.

Develop and implement policies to improve productivity and performance.

Monitor and manage operational budgets, reports, and performance indicators.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

5+ years of experience in senior operations or general management roles.

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

Proven record in improving business processes and organizational efficiency.

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic business software tools.
