Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Motion Graphics Specialist to join our dynamic team at Ivorypay. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for aesthetics, and expertise in motion graphics. You will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity, crafting compelling visuals, and creating engaging motion graphics content that resonates with our target audience across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Development: Maintain and evolve the Ivorypay brand identity through consistent, innovative design work and motion graphics.
- Visual Content Creation: Design engaging static and animated graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Motion Graphics: Create dynamic motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and educational content.
- Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content by integrating motion graphics and animations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
- Campaign Support: Produce visual assets, including motion graphics, for product launches, marketing campaigns, events, and other promotional activities.
- User Interface Design: Assist in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products, incorporating motion elements where appropriate.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs and animations adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for various devices and platforms.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest design and motion graphics trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Expertise in motion graphics and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience with 3D animation software is a plus.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across different media, including motion graphics and animations.
- Design Skills: Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, visual hierarchy, and animation principles.
- Digital Expertise: Experience designing for web and mobile platforms; familiarity with UX/UI principles and interactive media.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to design and animation with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
