Robert Taylor Media (RTM) is a 15-year-old Public Relations and Communications Agency based in Lagos, Nigeria. The agency specializes in services such as Strategy & Insight, Media Relations, Branding, Campaigns, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Content & Video, Influencer Marketing, Executive Profiling, Special Events, Social Media & Content Management, Virtual Events/Webinars, and Crisis Management.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Graphic Designer role at RTM. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, logos, typography, and branding elements for the agency’s portfolio of clients.
The role requires a balance of creative innovation and technical skills to produce exceptional design work that communicates brand messaging effectively. While the role is located in Oniru, remote work is permitted, giving the candidate more flexibility.
● Communicate with clients about layout and design
● Work with copywriters and brand strategist to produce final design
● Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop
● Review final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
● Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics, Graphic Design, Typography, Logo Design, and Branding
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Creative and innovative thinking to develop unique designs that meet client needs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design with a diverse portfolio
- Experience in photography, videography, or animation is a plus
- Experience working with diverse industries like Healthcare, Commercial, High Tech, and NGOs, among others
