Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Server Manager at our Lagos Island location. The Server Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our servers. The Server Manager will also provide excellent customer service, manage a team, and work closely with other departments.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year experience
- Strong experience in cPanel and Troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong understanding of php(Laravel)
- Backend application maintenance
- Experience with project management and problem-solving
- Experience with scripting, automation, and virtualization is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
