Role Description

The Delta Company is seeking a talented and experienced Graphics Designer to join our team. This is a hybrid full-time role based in Lagos with the flexibility for some remote work. The Graphics Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing various graphics for print and digital media that will engage audiences, communicate information, and promote brand identity. The designer will also manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate with content creators and marketing teams, and assist with occasional website design and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
• Experience in creating motion graphics is an advantage
• Experience in the design of various types of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, email newsletters, social media graphics, infographics, and display advertising
• Experience with website design and maintenance is an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for aesthetics and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently with minimal supervision
• Proven experience with print production, typography, color theory, and design principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
