
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer / Growth Manager with strong experience in B2B sales and relationship management, particularly within the healthcare sector. The role will focus on acquiring, managing, and growing strategic partnerships with hospitals, HMOs, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare institutions to drive revenue and expand Pharmarun’s footprint.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Acquisition & Growth
- Identify, target, and secure new B2B clients including hospitals, HMOs, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations to decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
2. Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned corporate accounts, ensuring strong and trusted relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with partners.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new B2B partners into the Pharmarun platform.
3. Partnership Strategy & Revenue Expansion
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company revenue goals.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure partner needs are met and feedback is implemented.
4. Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the healthcare space.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership to refine sales and growth strategies.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing to develop sector-specific campaigns for healthcare partners.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date partner records in the CRM (Zoho).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly and quarterly revenue targets achieved from B2B accounts.
- Number of new corporate accounts signed.
- Retention and growth rate of existing partners.
- Pipeline health and conversion rate.
- Partner satisfaction score (NPS or equivalent).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, HMOs, and hospital procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
- Ability to work independently and travel as required.
Preferred
- Experience in healthtech or medical supply-chain companies.
- Existing network within hospitals, HMOs, and healthcare corporates.
