Position Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Manager at Vetsark in Lagos. The Growth Manager will be responsible for daily tasks such as managing projects, analyzing data, improving sales strategies, and leveraging analytics to drive growth. As a Growth Manager at Vetsark, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s expansion and success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative growth strategies, overseeing key performance indicators, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with Vetsark’s overall business objectives. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Oversee Key Performance Indicators: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track growth progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
- Identify and Pursue Partnerships: Seek and establish strategic partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders to enhance Vetsark’s market reach and offerings.
- Conduct Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform growth strategies.
- Manage Growth Initiatives: Oversee the implementation of growth initiatives, including product launches, market expansion, and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Analyze Data and Insights: Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities, measure performance, and optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a growth management or strategic planning role within the agritech or related industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- A passion for agritech and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing poultry and fish farmers.
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets and driving business success.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with growth marketing, sales, training, etc.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian agricultural landscape and regulatory environment.
